To ensure that your order is completed correctly and in a timely manner, please follow these tips for submitting digital files for printing:

1. Please size the file to the exact desired printout dimensions. (for "as-is" orders)
   Our standard sizes are: 4x5, 4x6, 4x8, 5x5, 5x7, 6x8, 8x8, 8x10, 8x12, 10x10, 12x12, 11x14.
   * If your desired output does not "match" our output size, you may float it on a standard size canvas.
   Other sizes available, please call for information.
2. Files must be RGB only. (black and white images may remain grayscale).
3. Naming of the file is very important for backprinting identification. Naming should follow the 8.3 naming convention
   (ex: image001.jpg, flower.tif, DSC1245.jpg, etc...) This will allow the entire name to be imprinted on the back of the print.
   Only the first 8 characters of a file name will be printed!!!
4. Please do not use characters such as back or front slashes, brackets, quotes, etc... when naming your files and folders.
   The safest method is to name using only A-Z and 0-9.
5. Files must be saved in either jpg or PC tiff format. (Please do not use LZW compression when saving your files).
